What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on most items as long as they meet these conditions:
- Brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Certain items, like underwear, swimwear, or final sale products, may not be returnable. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on its product page.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy:
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- Provide a reason for the return.
- We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item safely and ship it back.
Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is not lost.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is caused by you (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong size), you are responsible for the shipping fee. The cost will depend on the shipping company you choose.
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company. Contact us if you still need assistance.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, let us know within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t shown up after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank.
- Reach out to us if you need further help.
International Orders
We currently ship only within the United States and nearby areas. If you mistakenly place an order from outside our shipping zone, we’ll refund your payment before processing the order.
